Backyard Inspiration...

Let's just say we have projects going on all over our yard, yet none of them are complete!!
 I'm feeling the anxiety...
The first project was started over a month ago!
We have a large side yard that is never used, so we are going to move the fence flush with the house & make that space part of  the backyard.
It has turned into a bigger project than we anticipated & we are now going to level the whole trampoline area so it's flush with the playset.  It will also make it so the trampoline will sit level and will be flush with the grass.

We are hoping it will look something like this...

Centennial, CO

Next, we are dealing with broken sprinklers & it looks like a pipe broke under the cement of our RV pad!  :(

Then our front flower bed has been infested with this vine that strangles all of the other plants & spreads everywhere, so we have started digging all of that out!

So needless to say....I needed some inspiration!
I would love to connect the play set area & grassy trampoline area with some type of arbor...
Utah backyard playgrounds, Trampolines in the ground, Rock water feature play rocks, Basketball courts, Swings, Play rocks and natural gas fire pits in Utah
I love the rock pathway with the fire pit too!

I wish we had more space in our yard to do this....

Or this...
I love this..awesome firepit and landscape design!

Well I guess it's now time to quit dreaming & actually get something done!!
Our kids put together all of their allowance money last summer & bought the trampoline...Let's hope there dream becomes a reality before THIS summer is over!
Do you have any frustrating projects you are hoping to finish?

How To Remove Spray Paint From A Vinyl Fence

Unfortunately, a few weekends ago our white vinyl fence fell victim to GRAFFITI!

When we noticed the next day it gave me a stomach ache...
Who could do such a horrible thing?
We still don't know who was responsible, but the news reported over a hundred cars were tagged that weekend in a neighborhood close to ours.   The police officer said they were building a case & took down our information.
Who knows if they'll ever figure out who it was, but it is saddening when your property gets ruined.
I really didn't think it would come off of our fence, but I did find a miracle product!

I purchased it at Walmart, but I'm sure you can find it at most home improvement stores too.

I took the Goof Off Graffiti Remover, a bucket with warm soapy water, two scrub brushes & a pair of  plastic gloves.
I used one brush to scrub & the other one for rinsing (our hose wasn't hooked up yet).
I just followed the instructions on the back of the can.
It said to spray it onto the scrub brush & wipe the fence.  That didn't take it off for me, so I sprayed it right onto the fence & then scrubbed & rinsed.

I can think of plenty of other ways I could of spent my time, but at least it did come off!
I had to scrub off at least 12 panels & It took over 2 hours!  My arms were tired by the end, but it felt like a miracle when it actually came off!
Now we are off do spend our third weekend in a row trying to dig a hole for a trampoline...
The projects never end! :)
